As a part of Oneg Ashkenafard, there will be a great opportunity to share a family heirloom with acclaimed fine arts appraiser Alexander Lauterbach at the Jewish Artifacts Road Show. It’s our version of the “Antique Road Show” and we want to know what you‘ve got. We all have them. Some are on display in our homes and some are hidden away…like a buried treasure. Well, we think it’s time to dust off those Shabbat candles your bubbe brought from Austria, pack up that Samovar you inherited from your family in Tehran and bring out the Sephardic masterpiece from Spain.
Alexander Lauterbach is a retired businessman living in Los Angeles. He previously served on the Boards of the Textiles Association of Los Angeles and Adat Ariel Temple. He is a member of the Judaica Collectors Club of LA and serves as the translator of Polish documents for The Arthur Szyk Society. He is a world renown appraiser of Judaica.
